  • We make every attempt to deliver prior to our your arrival. In some instances, particularly during busy vacation weeks, Housekeeping at the properties will not be able to complete their cleaning and inspection until late afternoon, at which point we are given the okay to access the unit. In most cases, you should receive your order by no later than 5 pm.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items will be put away away. All other items will be arranged neatly on counter.

  • Yes. If you are using the Online Store, you can list them in the “Notes” box during the shopping process. We will always do our best to accommodate and fulfill these requests.

  • Your order will be shopped for, delivered and stocked by one of our preferred partnered businesses based on your vacation destination. You will have the contact information of that business on your confirmation email in case you need to make any adjustments to your list.

  • Your grocery order will be charged by us on your final bill upon checkout of your residence.
